ZNSKAGLVA (ZG.NYC) – Hand-Decorated Hats

1. Introduction

Welcome to ZG.NYC. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of all hand-decorated hats and wearable art pieces (collectively, "Products") sold by REDDHOUSE NYC LLC ("ZG.NYC," "we," "us," or "our"). By completing a purchase, you ("Customer") agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and, where applicable, the administrative rules and consumer protection regulations of New York City, including but not limited to the NYC Consumer Protection Law (NYC Admin. Code §20-700 et seq.).

2. Nature of Products — Handmade & Original Wearable Art

Each ZG.NYC Product is an individually hand-decorated, one-of-a-kind wearable art piece. As such:

  • Every hat is an original work. No two designs are identical.
  • Products may contain hand-applied jewels, adhesives, embellishments, and other decorative materials.
  • Minor variations in color, placement, and finish are inherent to the handmade artistic process and do not constitute defects.
  • By purchasing, the Customer acknowledges and accepts the handmade, artistic nature of the Products.

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, decorative concepts, artistic compositions, and creative works embodied in ZG.NYC Products are the exclusive intellectual property of REDDHOUSE NYC LLC and are protected under applicable U.S. copyright and intellectual property law.

  • Customers may not reproduce, copy, photograph for commercial use, or resell any ZG.NYC design without prior written permission from ZG.NYC.
  • Purchase of a Product grants the Customer personal ownership of the physical item only — no license to the underlying artwork or design is transferred

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable New York State and New York City law:

  • REDDHOUSE NYC LLC is not liable for any damage, injury, loss, or claim arising from the use, misuse, or improper care of a Product after delivery and payment have been completed.
  • Products are sold "as is." ZG.NYC makes no express or implied warranties beyond what is required by law.
  • Once delivered, the Customer assumes full responsibility for the Product, including normal wear and tear, loosening of decorative elements, accidental damage, and any injury resulting from misuse or failure to follow care instructions.

Note: Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under New York State consumer protection law or the NYC Consumer Protection Law that cannot be waived by contract.

5. Small Parts Warning — Children Under 5

Products may contain small decorative elements that pose a choking hazard. These Products are not toys and are not intended for children under the age of 5.

  • Customers agree to keep Products out of reach of young children.
  • REDDHOUSE NYC LLC is not responsible for injury or harm resulting from failure to observe this warning.

6. Care & Maintenance

To preserve your Product:

  • Avoid exposure to water, moisture, excessive heat, or rough handling.
  • Loosening of hand-applied embellishments over time is considered normal wear and is not covered under any implied warranty.
  • Customers based in the New York City area may contact ZG.NYC directly regarding wear-related concerns; repairs are not guaranteed but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Repairs, when agreed upon, are provided as a separate paid service.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom, one-of-a-kind nature of ZG.NYC Products:

  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are accepted, except as required by applicable law.
  • In the event of a verified fulfillment error on ZG.NYC's part (e.g., wrong item shipped), the Customer must contact ZG.NYC within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a resolution.
  • ZG.NYC complies with New York State and NYC consumer protection laws. Nothing herein waives any statutory right you may have under those laws.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County (Manhattan), New York.

9. Agreement

By purchasing any Product from REDDHOUSE NYC LLC, the Customer confirms they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, and accept full responsibility for the proper use, care, and handling of the Product.
